It’s All Greek Martini
Mix 2 ounces Hendricks Gin
1 ounce Greek Shrub
Stir, strain, and garnish with feta stuffed kalamata olives
*Great substitute for the tomato juice in your Bloody Marys!
It’s All Greek Salmon
Preheat oven to 350 and roast your red onion, red peppers, and tomatoes for about 25 minutes.
Remove and let cool.
In a separate bowl add kalamata olives, diced cucumbers, shallots, 1/3 cup of our Its All Greek Shrub plus salt and pepper to taste.
Once cooled add roasted veggies to the mixture.
Grill salmon on a cedar plank, lay on a bed of orzo noodles that are flavored with a splash of lemon juice and veggie mixture. Add half of an avacado and garnish with licorice basil and lemon zest
