Our Mango Habanero is the perfect combination of heat and sweet Cocktails
Run lime across the rim of the glass then dip edges of the glass in a salt rimmer
1.5 ounces of Mango Habanero Shrub
1.5 ounces of your favorite tequila
Shake and strain over ice (optional lime as garnish)
For zero proof beverage substitute club soda for tequila
Heat a pan with butter and add whitefish filets that have been marinated with the Mango Habanero Shrub. Sear each side for 3-5 minutes
Separately marinate cabbage in Shrub reduce heat and add cabbage after you have removed fish. Cook until softened.
On corn tortilla build your fish taco, topping with fresco and optional radish.
