September 30th “The Journey Within” Yoga

Heartlong Yoga is delighted to offer a new yoga experience at DeVine’s Studio! “The Journey Within” is a reflective yoga class series that will help you travel inward as we transition into autumn. Certified yoga instructor Courtney Wirt will lead you through gentle yoga poses, invite you to unite with your breath, and guide mindfulness techniques designed to cultivate balance and awareness. Located at DeVine’s Studio at 428 S. Linden St. in Marshall, MI, this in-person event promises a serene atmosphere and a chance to celebrate both movement and stillness.
